How It works:
Your Moana purchases earn Reward Certificates when you spend $100 or more during each 6 month cycle – January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31. You earn $5 for every $100 spent, up to $5000. At the end of each cycle, you’ll be emailed the Reward Certificate you earned based on your Moana Nursery purchases. Please see adjacent rules.
If you do not have a valid email, your certificate is available from any Moana Nursery cashier; earned amounts will be emailed only.
Rules & Regulations:
Rewards Certificates are based only on retail purchases (plants, gifts, floral arrangements, pottery, fountains, soil amendments, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.). Labor, delivery, consultations & landscape services do not qualify for our rewards program, nor do sales tax, floral wire orders & gift card purchases.
Reward Certificates are earned for every dollar spent (including gift card redemptions) on qualifying retail items in a 6 month period (January 1—June 30 and July 1—December 31). Purchases of $100 or more in the six month period will earn a rewards certificate. Returned items will show on your account and will reduce your purchase amount, possibly reducing your reward.
Reward Certificates can be redeemed for any retail item except floral wire orders and gift cards purchased in the two (2) months following the Rewards cycle (January 1 to February 28th and July 1 to August 31). Certificates are emailed twice a year, shortly after January 1 and July 1.
Rewards Members are responsible for notifying Moana Nursery during each specific rewards cycle if their certificate is not received. A replacement certificate will not be issued after the rewards cycle has ended.
• Rewards Certificates can be used for a one time purchase—no change or credit will be given for the unused amount of the certificate. Balances cannot be carried forward.
• Rewards Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be reissued—no exceptions, please.
• Limit one membership per household or family. One purchase per year is required to maintain your account.
• This is an opt-in only program; you must sign up to participate.
