Moana Nursery Holiday Porch Makeover Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The Moana Nursery “Deck your Halls” Holiday Porch Makeover Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on October 12, 2023, and ends on November 12, 2023 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. Entry Method:

  • Moana Rewards Members: Moana Rewards members will automatically earn one (1) entry for every transaction made at any Moana Nursery location during the Giveaway Period.
  • No Purchase Necessary: To enter the Giveaway without making a purchase at Moana Nursery, individuals may visit any Moana Nursery location in person and request a free entry from the cashier.

4. Prize Details:

  • There will be three (3) winners, one (1) from each category (home, office & apartment) each winner will be receiving a holiday-themed porch makeover valued at +/- $500.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • The drawing to select the winners will take place on November 13, 2023.

6. Notification of Winners:

  • Winners will be notified by email or phone call on November 13, 2023. If a winner cannot be reached within 2 days after the first attempt to contact them, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption:

  • Winners must confirm their acceptance of the prize and coordinate the porch makeover with Moana Nursery within 2 days of being notified as a winner.

8. General Terms:

  • By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted.
  • Moana Nursery reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it is determined that they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Moana Nursery reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Moana Nursery’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  • By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Moana Nursery and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all liability, claims, actions, loss, harm, damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

  • By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Moana Nursery to use their names, photographs, likenesses, and photos of their property for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.
