For energetic people with a positive attitude, there are four areas of our business where we hire new teammates and, of course, many more job classifications in each business area: Retail Garden Center Nurseries (3 locations), Landscape Services and Corporate Support all in Reno/Sparks, Nevada and the Canby, OR Wholesale Nursery. Team Leaders at each business location are responsible for the hiring and training of our team. Traditionally, our hiring process begins at the start of the spring season, March 1st. While we value knowledge and experience, we are also quite proud of our training capabilities as we hire seasonal, part-time and full-time teamates to deliver exceptional results to & for our customers, of every type. Once you determine the business area you are most interested in, we will need you to fill out completely the application and add anything else you want us to know (like resume, cover note, letter of reccomendation, etc.). We are proud to maintain an alcohol, drug and smoke free workplace.
The completed application package should be hand delivered to the team leader at the location of your choice (Store Manager or General Manager for example) or forwarded to us for distribution by the corporate team.
